The Carosa with our Blessed Virgin Mary surrounded by fresh flowers and carried by FFRGOC members and officers

As championed by Patrick Peyton, the "Rosary Priest" FFRGOC has adapted and committed to a yearly rally.

Rosary rallies are held coast to coast and as Father Hellman from Washington DC said the rally is not intended for political event but hope to influence the direction of our country through prayer. For us in Orange County, we want our members to pray the rosary and promote our faith to Jesus through Mary and get donations for our Seminarian Program and local charities and attract more members.

FFRGOC Rosary Rally Committee members were the husband and wife team, Director of Religious Enrichment , Wally Claudio and Director of Social Activities, Fely Claudio and Jom Ison, Director of Religious Affairs. Our Second Vice President for External Affairs, Sol Sollorano worked with the church representatives and members participating in the services during the mass officiated by Father Juan Caboboy. Direction and delegation of functions and activities and meetings held to make the event successful was run by our President, Debbie Gonzales. .

Designated members of each area/chapter prayed the complete rosary with the Blessed Virgin Mary atop the carosa in the midst of the group decorated with white and blue flowers and accompanied by St. Killian Church Choir with beautiful songs. After the rosary, members and officers offered flowers to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Our FFRGOC choir sang different songs both in Filipino and English languages under their able director, Larry Orque. Offerings of unique items like bamboo and fruits typical to the Philippines plus the bible were also made by selected members and officers. Readings from the bible were also said and petitions were recited in different Philippine dialects by selected members who knew their respective languages. Part of the mass ceremony was also the holy dance headed by Wilma Romasoc to the delight of the members and priests and also made the event extra special.

After the mass, food were shared compliments of FFRGOC to all the members and friends and those people who attended the mass. The money used was from the Pista Sa Nayon fund raising efforts. Tables and the hall were decorated very nicely and people responsible for the decor were the husband and wife teams, Marlon and Chat Agbayani, Nenita and Dean Miyata and Mary Ann Puzon.

The event was both solemn and holy and fun. Camaraderie between members and guests was also visible and FFRGOC Board received good feedback as to the event.
