FFRGOC is promoting this event via flyers and personal contacts and and working hard as a team, and as of the present per our Social Activities Director, we will have a very good turnout.
But it is still not to late to inform us via website or through FFRGOC board of directors and members to make donations although we might have cutoff to follow for attendance to respect and honor the hotel's policies.
We also made an immediate press release and our Diocese of Orange Communications Team through Bradley Zint, Assistant Director of Communications, responded positively to me that they will release the information via email throughout the parishes of the Diocese of Orange which solidifies the personal efforts made by our FFRGOC Board of Directors/ Chapter Directors/Area Chairpersons/Members to publish in the bulletins.
We will do better in the future to release earlier to be included in their other social media platforms and print publications as Bradley suggested which we totally agree.
