Despite the COVID 19 pandemic, everyone was excited and looked forward to continued growth and sustainability of our FFRGOC organization and the Board of Directors Election for 2022- 2023 was held last November 21, 2021.
Our current President Debbie Gonzales sent several emails to all the members and officers of FFRGOC to remind us that there will be an election at the Holy Family Church with the guidance of our Spiritual Director, Father Juan Caboboy on November 21,2021 at 1:30 pm. Nomination and Proxy Forms , as shown below , were distributed earlier by the Chapter Directors to each member of the areas/chapters and the eligible members who were unable to attend, submitted the proxy forms before the election.
A COMELEC was formed in accordance to Article XIII, Commission on Election, of the current Constitution and Bylaws as shown below, with President Debbie Gonzales as the Chairperson, Benita Delfin as Secretary and Fely Claudio, First Vice-President, Internal Affairs and Sol Sollorano, Second Vice-President, External Affairs and all the Chapter Directors as part of the Commision of Election.
Before the election process, Father Caboboy led the prayer and everyone partook and enjoyed the food shared by FFRGOC.
Election process started with a prayer to guide, enlighten and bless us in our election led by Father Caboboy. The election process went smoothly, without a hitch, especially with the FFRGOC guidelines procedure prepared by President Debbie Gonzales that spelled out exactly what needs to be done and accomplish which is as follows:
