The event was held at the gated community in Laguna Woods Village - Clubhouse 1 through the courtesy of a resident of this village who is a member of FFRGOC last December 29, 2024. The theme was more of a New Year's event nicely decorated by our board officers Mary Ann, Chat, Marlon, Fely and Wally and as you can see decor is really impressive.
Despite the cold weather we had a good turnout including our Spiritual Director, Father Juan Caboboy and Father Joseph Vu.
It was a time to reward ourselves, the hard working board and choir members and enjoy to welcome 2025 complete with balloons and wine and food with other FFRGOC members and guests. Filipinos love dancing and singing. My special guest was my daughter and everyone brought their loved ones to have fun in the event.

Filipinos love to dance and sing in all the events we are invited if allowed or space exists. Some people bring their dancing instructor (s) DI and enjoy dancing to the tune of classical music - tango, cha cha, line dancing and the latest beats especially if the music is good.
Here are some pictures and dancing was in between eating, picture taking, and announcement of raffle winners and everyone showcased their talents.
Pictures say a thousand words and people were just having clean fun reminiscing their youths or just plain doing their "moves" to the beat.
Even my guest, my daughter, who was picked out from the crowd by the DI to partner with him for everyone to follow. Although I was not surprised to see her "moves" but impressed me because she loves to dance to very popular Rose and Bruno Mars APT beat ( more than 1 million hits on You Tube) .

I hope I capture most of you who were present to remember this day in our lives. We miss the other board officers/members who had conflicts of holiday schedules.
